  1. In a rimmed plate, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle to medium. Add a small amount of butter, if desired.
  3. Dip one slice of keto bread at a time into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Let the excess drip off before placing it in the skillet.
  4. Cook each slice until golden brown, then flip and repeat. Work in batches if necessary, keeping finished slices warm in a 250°F oven.
  5. Serve hot with the Keto Maple Syrup and your favorite toppings such as fresh berries, butter, or breakfast sausage patties.

Instructions for Keto Maple Syrup:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water, allulose, monk fruit sweetener, salt, and maple extract. Whisk thoroughly and heat gently until it almost reaches a boil.
  2. Sprinkle the guar gum into the mixture while whisking continuously to prevent clumps.
  3. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool completely. It will thicken as it sets.
  4. Before serving, whisk the syrup again and transfer it to a mason jar or glass serving bottle. Refrigerate for up to a month.
