Pepperoni Provolone Roll-ups and Warm Brie Berry Spoons

An easy, elegant appetizer board built around pepperoni provolone roll-ups and warm brie berry spoons served in Chinese soup/tasting spoons. It’s salty, creamy, sweet, and looks like you hired catering, perfect for 6 people.
This board gives you big variety with almost no cooking. The roll-ups are classic and savory, the brie spoons feel fancy and warm, and the berries + gouda keep everything balanced and pretty. It’s also easy to scale up for parties.
Ingredients
Pepperoni + Provolone Roll-Ups
- 36 slices of pepperoni (about 6 per person)
- 12 slices provolone (cut each slice into 3 strips)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons cream cheese (for extra “stuffed” roll-ups)
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: toothpicks for securing
Warm Brie Berry Tasting Spoons
- 6 oz brie (rind on is fine), cut into 18 small cubes (about 1/2-inch)
- 18 raspberries (2–3 per spoon if you want bigger bites)
- Optional: 1–2 teaspoons powdered monk fruit (only if berries aren’t sweet)
Board Add-Ons
- 6 oz Gouda, sliced into small rectangles or triangles
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
Equipment
- 18 Chinese soup spoons/tasting spoons
- 1 large board or platter + 1 small baking sheet
Instructions
- Make the roll-ups: Lay down a pepperoni slice. Place a strip of provolone on top. Roll tightly. Repeat for 36 roll-ups.
- Optional: add a tiny smear of cream cheese before rolling for extra richness.
- Warm the brie: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place brie cubes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Warm 4–6 minutes just until soft and glossy (not fully melted into puddles).
- Fill the tasting spoons: Place one warm brie cube into each spoon. Top with 2 raspberries (or 1 raspberry + a blueberry if you want color variation).
- Prep the board: Set out a large board or platter. Arrange Gouda slices on one side and create small piles of blueberries and blackberries.
- Assemble: Pile the pepperoni provolone roll-ups neatly on the board. Nestle the brie spoons in a cluster (or line them up like a fan). Finish with berries and Gouda around them.
- Serve immediately while the brie is warm.
