Chocolate Fat Bombs (Trufflish)
Rich, creamy chocolate fat bombs with a truffle-like bite, smooth, decadent, and firm enough to hold shape thanks to a little almond flour.
They taste like chocolate truffles but are keto-friendly and ridiculously easy. The almond flour gives a slightly more “candy” body so they set up nicely in the fridge.

Ingredients
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1–2 tablespoons almond flour (fine), just enough to firm
- 2–3 tablespoons powdered monk fruit/erythritol (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and butter until completely smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, vanilla, and salt (if using). Mix until thick and glossy.
- Scoop and roll into 8 small balls (or press into silicone molds).
- Chill 30–60 minutes until firm. Store chilled or frozen.
